Nowadays, Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) are increasingly seen as playing an important role in any modern economy. As globalization and technological changes reduce the importance of the economy of scale in many activities; therefore the potential contribution of smaller firms is enhanced. In Thailand, SMEs are the majority of businesses (99.5 percent). SMEs has proved its significant effects on income redistribution, job creation and employment, and resource utilization of the country.
